Lymph and Floor Physio

At Lymph and Floor Physio we offer a special pre- and post- natal care package which starts anytime from 12 weeks of pregnancy to anytime up to 3 months post-natal.

Aim is to look after your abdominal muscle separation and pelvic floor muscle function. We would like to help you improve your flexibility and fitness during pregnancy,decrease 3rd and 4th degree tear in labour and thus decrease risks of incontinence and
prolapse post childbirth.

Package includes

• Assessment of abdominal muscle separation
• Assessment of pelvic girdle pain
• 1:1 exercise x 1
• Home Exercise Program
• Teaching how to do perineal massage and how to do correct pushing in labour
without straining your pelvic floor (around 33-34 weeks of pregnancy)
• Postnatal assessment at 3 weeks
• Postnatal assessment at 6 weeks. Discuss goals and plan to move forward.
